Nafees Norris

I am Nafees Norris, currently engaged as a Scientist within the realm of Biopharma Process Engineering. My current role revolves around the meticulous exploration of strategies to enhance the efficiency of pharmaceutical development procedures. Over the span of several years, I have contributed extensively to this dynamic field, enriching my experience and expertise.

Notably, I hold the distinction of being the pioneer African American Scientist to achieve a degree in Biopharma Process Engineering in the history of North America. This milestone not only represents a personal achievement but also symbolizes a significant step towards fostering inclusivity and excellence within the scientific community.

In July 2022, I launched Nafees Innovations LLC, an enterprise designed to drive medical progress through multifaceted strategies. A key aspect is nurturing aspiring Engineers and Scientists in their pursuit of medical research and development through educational initiatives
