What We Do: We don't do science fair experiments. We do real lab science—pharma, biotech, food, cosmetics—with real tools and real techniques. Youth, teens, and adults walk out saying, "I actually made that."
Our workshops mirror what happens inside research and development labs, giving students a taste of careers they never knew existed. This isn't a simulation. It's the real thing, scaled for learning.
Who We Serve: Toddlers (ages 2–5), elementary students (ages 6–10), middle schoolers (ages 11–15), and adults (18+) through hands-on, fun workshops.
We also serve evening private groups (corporate team bonding, school, and afterschool nights), schools and educational partners, and STEM birthday parties.

Nafees Innovations exists because I got sick of watching kids "learn science" with worksheets and baking soda volcanoes, then hit college or the workforce completely unprepared for what biotech actually looks like. I'm a bioprocessing scientist from Philly. I built this program to stop lying to students about what lab work is.
We don't do science about products. We teach how products are made. The actual process behind pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food manufacturing, and biotech. Real equipment. Real timing. Real standards. Fast-paced, hands-on, no fluff. Students run the same workflows they'll see in industry, and they learn to think like scientists who have to get it right.
We're the first bioprocessing program in the U.S. built specifically for students. Not watered down, not dumbed down, just real industry work redesigned so young people can actually do it and own it.

What makes Nafees Innovations different is that we teach real bioprocessing end-to-end—how medicine, biofuels, cosmetics, and everyday products are made through science—from grow, purify, test, and formulate. Our sessions are industry-style by design with clean setups, timed stations, clear team roles, and a quality mindset, delivered fast-paced with no dead time in a high-movement, ADHD-friendly format that keeps students locked in. Students use real tools and real standards—pipetting, measurement, aseptic habits, data thinking, and professionalism—never watered down, and it’s all Philly-rooted, globally relevant, and built to connect authentic science to real careers.

We turn complex biotech into a system students can actually run: clear expectations, structured teamwork, and hands-on decision-making that builds confidence fast. Every session is designed to keep momentum high, strengthen communication and leadership, and help students explain what they learned like young professionals—so the learning sticks and shows up in school, interviews, and real-life conversations.

We partner with schools, nonprofits, community organizations, and families through in-school programs, mobile STEM labs, Saturday youth sessions, adult workshops, and private events, serving learners from early grades through teens (and adults) with experiences tailored to each group.
