1. Workshop Cancellations

• Cancellation by Participant: You may cancel your workshop enrollment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. A full refund will be issued. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the workshop, no refund will be provided.
• Cancellation by Us: In the event we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.

2. Product Returns

If you purchase any products through our website, they are eligible for return under the following conditions:

• Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation or receipt of the returned product. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Any digital products or downloadable content.
• Any custom-made or personalized items.
