Enrollment & Themed Sessions Policy
At Nafees Innovations Academy, we strive to make our workshops both structured and flexible to accommodate the diverse needs of our students and their families. Our themed sessions are designed to provide comprehensive learning experiences, and we have established the following enrollment policies:
Mid-Session Enrollment: If you enroll your child during an ongoing themed session, they are welcome to join immediately and will continue with the current theme. This approach ensures that your child gains the full benefit of each theme.
Example: Enrolling in the last week of a month allows your child to participate in the remaining sessions of that theme before transitioning to the new theme in the following month.
Flexible Attendance: We understand that families have commitments such as weddings, graduations, vacations, and rest days. To accommodate this, we offer a flexible attendance policy:
Each student has six weeks to attend four sessions.
This flexibility allows you to schedule sessions around your family’s commitments while ensuring your child receives a complete and enriching experience.
Our goal is to make participation accessible and enjoyable, providing a structured yet accommodating environment where every student can thrive.
